Building businesses.Solving problems.
Some problems do not fit neatly into a department.
The difficult ones often cross several at once: commercial decisions affect operations; supplier choices affect margin; a new market creates practical problems that never appeared in the plan.
VesuRock works with founders and businesses when the useful answer requires more than a report or a narrow specialist view.
The aim is straightforward: understand what is actually happening, identify what matters, and find the most sensible route forward.
What I do
Business & Operations
Helping founders and companies assess problems, make better decisions and improve how their businesses operate.
Product & Manufacturing
Experience across product development, sourcing, manufacturing, supplier relationships and international supply chains.
International Business
Supporting businesses dealing with cross-border opportunities, partners, suppliers and operational challenges.
Special Projects
Some problems do not fit neatly into a conventional service category. Where my experience, relationships or judgement can materially improve the outcome, VesuRock can become directly involved.
Understand. Decide. Make it happen.
Understand
Start with what is actually happening — not the assumption about what is happening.
Decide
Reduce the problem to the few decisions that genuinely matter, including the commercial trade-offs and risks.
Make it happen
Advice is only useful if it changes the outcome. Where it makes sense, I stay involved in the practical work required to move the situation forward.
Built from experience, not theory.
Andrew James Eyre
Founder, VesuRock
Andrew James Eyre is an entrepreneur, operator and adviser with experience across business building, consumer products, manufacturing, international supply chains and commercial problem solving.
He has worked with businesses and counterparties ranging from entrepreneurial ventures to large international organisations.
Now based in Southern Italy, Andrew works independently through VesuRock, taking on selected businesses, projects and problems where his experience can make a useful contribution.
The emphasis is on practical outcomes rather than producing advice for its own sake.
Useful beats impressive.
VesuRock is not built around forcing every situation into a predefined service or generating a constant pipeline of consulting work.
I take on selected businesses, projects and problems where there is a clear reason for me to become involved and a realistic opportunity to improve the outcome.
Sometimes that means helping build something. Sometimes advising. Sometimes fixing an obstacle that has become harder than it needs to be.
Have something you’re trying to build, solve or move forward?
