Built from experience, not theory.

Founder, VesuRock
Andrew James Eyre is an entrepreneur, operator and adviser with experience across business building, product development, manufacturing, international supply chains and commercial problem solving.
He has worked with businesses and counterparties ranging from entrepreneurial ventures to large international organisations.
His work has required moving across disciplines rather than treating them in isolation: products, manufacturers, suppliers, pricing, logistics, commercial relationships, quality, risk and the practical question of whether an opportunity makes commercial sense.
Now based in Southern Italy, Andrew works independently through VesuRock, with the emphasis on practical outcomes rather than advice for its own sake.
Boardroom to ground level
Strategic decisions and operational detail are rarely separate problems. The value often lies in understanding both: the objective at leadership level and the practical constraints that determine whether it can actually be delivered.
Complexity should not be preserved simply because it already exists.
Good business should withstand scrutiny.
Due diligence matters: who the counterparty is, what is actually being offered, where the risk sits, whether incentives align and whether the proposed route makes commercial sense.
Healthy scepticism is not negativity. It is judgement.
Selective by design
VesuRock is deliberately selective about where time, experience and attention are applied. Relevance, credibility and the realistic opportunity to improve the outcome matter more than scale.
A complex situation inside a large organisation may justify involvement; so may a smaller, tightly defined situation where resolving the right issue makes a meaningful difference.
